Base Frame
Robust structure designed for quiet operation and extended service life of critical components
Drive System
The drive wheels, support wheels and guide wheels are polyurethane-coated, ensuring quiet, low-vibration operation even at high operating speeds.
Separation
Screening panels are available with apertures in various shapes and sizes, featuring special anti-wrapping protection.
Ease of Maintenance
Equipped with wide access platforms, multiple maintenance access points, large monitored safety doors and integrated internal lighting.
Transport
Also available in a bolted version, designed to simplify the transport and assembly of large-size models.
Trommel screens are built with modular sections that can be assembled in more than 30 different configurations.
The screening length can be extended up to 25 metres by directly combining two units.
